How it works
1. You submit your information
Complete a short online form with:
- Your property address
- Description of what you’re experiencing
- Optionally: request a brief conversation if you’d like to discuss your situation or ask questions
All consents are collected in the form.
If I discern that I can help you:
Once I have reviewed your inquiry, I’ll give you an initial assessment score (out of 100) indicating the level of clearing needed. This helps you understand the severity and urgency of what’s present in your property.
I will then request:
- A property plan or floor plan (can be hand-drawn, architectural drawing, or photograph of a sketch)
- Names of the people (and pets) in the property, if they consent to be personally assessed.
If the situation isn’t one I can work with effectively, I’ll let you know and suggest alternatives where I can.
2. Optional conversation (if requested)
If you’ve requested a conversation, I’ll be in touch to arrange a time (phone, WhatsApp, or email exchange).
This is typically 15-20 minutes. We’ll discuss what’s happening, clarify any questions about the property, and I’ll explain the process.
The conversation isn’t required – only if it would be helpful for you.
3. You pay
Once I have your form (and conversation if requested), I’ll confirm the cost.
Usually £120, though this may be adjusted for particularly large or complex properties. I’ll let you know before you pay if the cost will be different.
Payment via Stripe or bank transfer.
4. I complete the work
Within 5 working days of payment, I begin the remote assessment and clearing.
I work with your property plan and the information you’ve provided. I don’t need to be physically present – the work is done remotely using dowsing and energetic clearing methods.
I’ll keep you informed of progress during the clearing (usually a brief update by email).
5. You receive a full written report
Within 2 weeks of starting the work (or I’ll let you know if it will take longer), you’ll receive a detailed report including:
- What was found (stuck energy, patterns, held events, specific areas affected)
- What was cleared
- Any recommendations for the space going forward
- What to notice as the clearing settles
6. Follow-up check
Two weeks after sending the report, I’ll complete a follow-up assessment to check how the clearing has settled and whether anything needs attention.

- What I found during the assessment (where energy was stuck, what patterns or events were held in specific rooms or areas)
- The clearing work completed (what was released, what shifted, what changed)
- The current state of the property after clearing
- Any ongoing recommendations (simple practices, awareness, or actions that support the space staying clear)
This isn’t vague generalizations -it’s specific to your property and what was actually present.
Follow-up check and brief update
Two weeks after the main work, I assess how the clearing has settled.
You’ll receive a short written update (usually a few paragraphs) letting you know the current state and whether any areas need attention.
If something needs further work, I’ll let you know and we can arrange this separately.
What makes this different
It’s remote
I don’t need to visit your property. You don’t need to be there during the work. This means:
- No scheduling around my availability to travel
- Works for properties anywhere (UK or internationally)
- Less intrusive – your space, your privacy maintained
- Can be done before you move in or while you’re away
It addresses what’s held in the space
Physical clearing (decluttering, cleaning, redecorating) is important, but it doesn’t address energetic patterns held in buildings.
Arguments, grief, illness, previous occupants’ energy, events that happened in the space – these can remain even after everything physical has been cleared.
This work releases what’s held energetically so the space can support you rather than holding you back.
It’s specific and documented
You receive a detailed written report of what was found and cleared.
The follow-up check ensures the work holds and nothing else has surfaced.
It includes ongoing support
If something comes up after the clearing, or if you have questions about the space as it settles, support is available. You’re not left wondering whether it worked or what to do next.
Important: Results vary. Most properties feel noticeably lighter, clearer, or more settled after clearing. Some changes are immediate, others emerge over days or weeks. Occasionally, deeper layers surface that need additional work. I can’t guarantee specific outcomes – I can only work with precision and integrity at the level the assessment reveals.

About the work
The work covers three areas: energy held within the space itself or crossing the space, earth energy from the land and geology beneath, and incoming influences from outside the property. Within each of these, there’s a range of specific things I look for – residue from difficult events or strong emotions, disturbances in energy lines, and other influences that can settle into a space over time. I approach each property without assumptions and work with whatever comes up.
As part of the assessment, I also check how the energies are affecting each consenting person in the household. A space and its occupants affect each other – what’s held in the space can show up in how people feel, sleep, or function there. Where remedies or essences would be helpful, I can send these energetically as part of the process.
For example, one thing I look at is Vivaxis energy – each person holds an energetic connection to the place they were born, and this can be a resource for healing. I give a rating out of 10 for how strong a person’s Vivaxis energy is, and can work to bring this to 10/10 as part of the clearing.
For anyone who prefers not to be included in the personal assessment, that’s straightforward – the property clearing goes ahead in full, and they simply aren’t checked individually.

Common questions
No. The work is done remotely, so you don’t need to be present. Some people prefer to be away during the clearing, others prefer to be there to notice the shifts as they happen. Either is fine.
You can still have this work done. The clearing benefits whoever is living in the space, regardless of ownership.
If you’re concerned about permission, the work is entirely non-invasive – nothing physical changes, no one needs access to the property.
It doesn’t need to be perfect. A hand-drawn sketch showing the basic layout of rooms is fine. An architectural floor plan is ideal if you have one, but not essential.
I need to be able to see:
- How rooms connect
- Approximate sizes and positions
- Which areas you use for what (bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, etc.)
A photograph of a sketch on paper works perfectly.
For particularly large properties (multiple buildings, extensive land, commercial spaces), the cost may be adjusted. I’ll let you know before you pay if this applies.
The process is the same – just the time and depth of work involved is greater.
Yes. If you want the land or garden included, mention this in your booking form and include a rough outline of the garden/land and buildings on the plan you send me.
The follow-up check (two weeks after the report) catches most things that need further attention.
If something surfaces later, contact me. Sometimes deeper layers need time to emerge. We can arrange additional work if needed.
Feng shui works with the physical arrangement of space – placement of objects, flow of chi through design and layout.
Physical space clearing (smudging, sound baths, opening windows, decluttering) works with the immediate atmosphere and can shift surface energy.
This work addresses multiple layers:
- Patterns and events held in the building itself
- Residual energy from previous occupants or difficult experiences

Yes, this is actually ideal timing. Clearing a property before you move in means you’re starting fresh, not inheriting energetic patterns from previous occupants.

Yes – when you submit your property plan, I’ll ask for the names of everyone living there, including pets. I’ll also ask for their consent to be included in the personal part of the assessment.
Anyone who prefers not to be included simply won’t be assessed individually. The property clearing still goes ahead in full.
