How it works
1. You submit your information
Complete a short online form telling me:
- A few personal details, so that I can connect with you when dowsing and so I can contact you.
- What you’d like support with
- Basic medical information (conditions, medications)
All consents are collected in the form.
2. I assess and may ask follow-up questions
I review your submission and do an initial dowsing assessment.
If I need more information to work effectively with your situation, I’ll email you with 2-3 specific questions. You answer by email.
This usually happens within 2-3 days of your submission.
3. You pay once I confirm I can proceed
Once I have what I need, I’ll email you requesting payment (£50).
If I determine I can’t help with your particular situation, I’ll let you know before requesting payment.
4. I complete your work
Within 5 working days of receiving payment, I:
- Dowse to assess what’s present (both in what you’ve told me and what you haven’t)
- Identify the negative statements you’re resonating with and the positive statements you need to move towards
- Prescribe the specific vibrational remedies that will help you shift from the negative to the positive
5. You receive your remedy and pattern summary
You’ll receive:
- Your remedy – either pills by post (UK only) or an audio essence file
- Written pattern summary – the negative statements you’re currently resonating with, and the positive statements you’ll move toward as you take the remedies
Ongoing support is available if you have questions about the remedies or your response to them.

Posted to your address. Take as directed (usually small sugar-based pills).
Audio essence (available internationally):
An audio file you listen to. The remedy is carried in sound. Works exactly the same way as pills – the medium is different, the effect is the same.
Both formats are equally effective. Choose what suits you.
Your pattern summary
A written explanation of:
- The negative statements you’re currently resonating with (the stuck pattern)
- The positive statements you’ll move toward (the shift)
- Brief guidance on what to notice as the remedies work
This isn’t interpretation or analysis – it’s a precise description of what the dowsing revealed.

I don’t start with assumptions about what you need. The dowsing reveals:

About the remedies
I work with both vibrational essences and homeopathic remedies, depending on what the dowsing reveals you need.
My channelled essences span a cosmological framework I’ve been developing since 2002:
- Quarks – cellular and fundamental level
- Earth Energy – 13 essences made at Scottish sacred sites, aligned to chakras and planets
- Tree – 33 tree essences, working with spirit/matter balance
- Crystals – earth orientation and purpose
- Rocks – outer edge of the field
- Star Systems – soul origin, past lives
- Labyrinths – trauma at the outer edge of the field, universal orientation
Homeopathic remedies I most often prescribe from include the new remedies proven by meditative methods through the Guild of Homeopaths — over a hundred remedies that work with contemporary patterns and states.
I also work with Bach Flower, Australian Bush Flower and Bailey Remedies when appropriate.
This range allows me to work at whichever level your pattern is held – from cellular to universal, from physical to energetic.
You don’t need to understand the system. The dowsing identifies what you need.
Who I am
I’m Tonya Brash, a homeopath and essence practitioner based in Nairn, Highland, Scotland.
I hold a diploma from the Lakeland College of Homeopathy (2009) and am a member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (ARH). I’ve been making channelled essences since 2002.
I work remotely with people across the UK and internationally. My approach is grounded, precise, and non-theatrical – I trust the remedies to do what they do without needing to mystify the process.

Vibrational remedies don’t interact with medication. You can take them alongside anything your doctor has prescribed.
However, I’m not a medical doctor and cannot advise you to stop or change any prescribed medication. Always consult your GP about medical decisions.
Yes. For children under 12, parent/guardian consent is required. For children 12 and over, both the child’s consent and parent/guardian consent are needed.

Yes. The remedy is the vibrational information, not the physical substance. Sound carries vibration just as effectively as water or lactose pills.
Some people find audio essences more convenient (the file is always available on your phone when you remember to listen). Others prefer the ritual of taking something physical. Both work.
Just continue from where you are. The remedies are forgiving – missing a dose or two doesn’t undermine the work. They’re working with your field, not relying on perfect timing.

I can’t guarantee specific outcomes. Energy work affects people differently.
Some people experience significant shifts – patterns that have been stuck for years start moving, anxiety eases, clarity emerges. Others notice subtle changes – a slight lift in energy, a different perspective on an old issue. Some people notice nothing at all, or the changes show up weeks later in unexpected ways.
What I can guarantee is that I’ll work with precision and integrity, prescribing exactly what the dowsing reveals for your pattern at this time. The remedies will do what they do – but I can’t control or predict how your system will respond.

This is not classical homeopathy.
Classical homeopathy typically involves:
- An hour or longer initial consultation
- Detailed questioning about your symptoms, history, and constitution
- Pressure to explain yourself clearly in the moment
- Usually one remedy prescribed at a time
- Follow-up appointments to assess response

- You write about your situation at your own pace

I do use homeopathic remedies alongside vibrational essences – but I prescribe by dowsing what’s present in your field, not through classical repertorization or constitutional analysis.
Both are valid approaches. This one suits people who find live consultations draining or who prefer written, asynchronous communication.
