How I came to this work
In 1996 a homeopath in Queensland helped me overcome crippling social anxiety. I’d had it most of my life and had assumed it was just how I was wired. That experience changed my understanding of what was actually possible, and led me to begin training as a homeopath when I returned to the UK.
I qualified in 2009 after attending two different colleges and with a detour via dowsing and flower essences. I started making channelled essences in 2002. Over time my practice evolved away from classical homeopathic protocols toward something more direct: using dowsing to get closer to what’s actually going on, and responding to that rather than to a symptom picture. I’m currently a member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (ARH).
I work remotely because the work itself is energetic. Distance doesn’t dilute it. In practice, working at a distance often allows for more precision and less distraction.

My approach
I use dowsing to identify what’s present beneath the surface — not just what’s visible or what you can articulate, but what’s actually maintaining the pattern. Based on that, I select remedies or carry out clearing work.
I make my own channelled essences — from trees, landscapes, and energetic imprints — alongside homeopathic and flower remedies. It means I’m not limited to what’s on a shelf. I can usually find something that fits what’s actually there.
Every situation is assessed individually. I don’t work from fixed protocols. I use dowsing to identify what’s present and respond to that — whether it involves clearing, supporting, or stabilising.
The focus is on what’s maintaining the issue. Rather than working at the level of symptoms, I look for the pattern or influence keeping something stuck. That might relate to past events, beliefs, environmental factors, or other underlying dynamics.
Remedies support the shift. I work with homeopathic remedies, flower essences, and my own channelled preparations, selected specifically for your situation rather than applied generically.
The work is done with clear boundaries. I don’t aim to create ongoing dependency. The intention is to help things shift so you can move forward without continued intervention.
I only work with consent — yours, and where relevant, the wider system involved.
Timing varies. Some shifts are immediate. Others take longer to integrate. If there are multiple layers involved, more than one round of work may be needed. The work is guided by what’s appropriate, not by a fixed timeline.
The same principles apply to people and spaces. Whether I’m working with an individual or a home, the process is the same: assess what’s present, address what’s unhelpful, support a more balanced state.
Who this work is for
This work is for people who:
- Are open to the idea that energy and pattern affect wellbeing
- Are open to a process that doesn’t rely solely on rational explanation
- Want support that works at a deeper level than symptom management
- Are going through transitions, feeling stuck, or sensing something needs to shift
- Appreciate a calm, non-pushy approach
It’s also for sensitive people: those who feel things others don’t notice, who are affected by spaces and atmospheres, and who need their environment to support them properly.
Who tends to benefit most
Highly sensitive people, neurodiverse people, and introverts People who pick up on subtleties in environments or relationships, and who often find conventional approaches overwhelming, intrusive, or too focused on talking things through.
People in transition Those going through change — grief, illness, moving house, relationship shifts, work changes — who need support but don’t have the capacity for long or intensive processes.
People who feel stuck despite understanding their situation You may already know why something is happening, but it isn’t shifting. This work focuses on what’s maintaining the pattern, rather than adding more analysis.
People who prefer working privately and in their own time Especially those who:
- Find live sessions draining or difficult
- Struggle to articulate things verbally
- Prefer to reflect and process independently
- Don’t feel the need to talk everything through
People open to a different kind of approach Not necessarily people who “believe” in energy work — but those who are open to the possibility that change doesn’t always come through logic or conversation alone..
Who this work isn’t for
This probably isn’t the right fit if you:
- Want a quick fix without engaging with the underlying pattern
- Are looking for traditional homeopathy with classical prescribing methods
- Need everything to be scientifically validated before you’ll consider it
- Prefer purely physical or mechanistic approaches to health
